CSC Customer Service Representative II The CSC Customer Service Rep II provides front-line customer and administrative support by answering incoming calls, documenting and dispatching work requests, and supporting daily operational workflows. This role is responsible for monitoring environmental systems (alarms, doors, intercoms, CCTV), assisting with patient transporter coordination, and stepping in to cover CR I shifts as needed. The position also participates in departmental projects and provides feedback to leadership to improve processes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Answer and route calls for public and internal customers Document and dispatch service and work requests Monitor alarms, access points, parking intercoms, and CCTV systems Support workflow and assignments for patient transport services Assist with or lead special projects and process improvement initiatives Provide professional, courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
