We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to learn how to contribute. Key Responsibilities Assist with demand forecasting by collecting and analyzing past sales data, future forecast data, and market-related trends. Support the creation and maintenance of production scheduling, raw material ordering, and inventory management plans to meet customer demand. Assist in creating and monitoring supply chain performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, OTIF, inventory turnover) and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align a company's demand, supply, and financial plans to ensure that resources are used efficiently and customer needs are met profitably. Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP. Assist with process documentation and standardization to support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain operations in a fast-paced business environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.); experience with ERP or planning systems is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain planning or operations management.
