Contracts And Pricing Senior Analyst In this role, you will play a key part in shaping strategic pricing and contract management decisions that directly influence commercial outcomes. You will partner closely with sales teams and business leaders, delivering actionable insights through financial analysis, risk assessment, and data-driven recommendations. This role offers visibility across the organization, providing the opportunity to guide contract negotiations, monitor performance trends, and ensure compliance with established business guidelines. You will contribute to process improvements and efficiencies, helping the company make informed, profitable, and timely decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is motivated by supporting business growth through analytical rigor and strategic thinking. Your work will help optimize pricing strategies and ensure the successful execution of commercial agreements across multiple markets. Accountabilities: Support sales teams by delivering pre-contract sensitivity analysis, including pricing, revenue modeling, and profitability/risk assessments Manage pricing approval workflows using the contract management system and aligned business guidelines Develop and interpret contract performance reporting, trend analysis, and account-level insights Produce customized reporting and documentation to support RFPs, contracts, and customer-facing materials Advise sales teams on program parameters, strategic intent, and contract compliance requirements Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of contract obligations Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize contract lifecycle management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related quantitative or commercial discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, contracts, commercial finance, revenue management, or related commercial analytics roles Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain high attention to detail Strong communication skills, including experience applying contract principles and concepts Experience with data visualization, reporting, and providing decision-support to senior leadership Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $87,250 $151,500 USD annually, with bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus Health Savings Account contributions 401(k) plan with employer match and additional retirement programs Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Paid time off, flexible vacation policies, and paid company holidays Paid community service day and volunteer opportunities Parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance programs Wellness offerings including Employee Assistance Program and fitness discounts
