The Contract Instruction Scheduler shall provide comprehensive scheduling and operational coordination support to U.S. Navy helicopter squadrons operating within a high-security, mission-driven environment. The candidate must demonstrate experience managing personnel schedules and operational timelines. The position requires the ability to coordinate across multiple government offices and command-level stakeholders to ensure mission requirements and contractual obligations are executed accurately and on time. The Scheduler shall be capable of resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing operational demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working within proprietary government or enterprise management systems is required. A current DoD Secret Clearance is required.
