Senior Estimator - Commercial/Multifamily Construction

Your new role As Senior Estimator, you will manage the full preconstruction and estimating lifecycle for ground?up commercial and multifamily projectstypically ranging from mid?size builds to large, high?visibility developments. You will drive quantity take-offs, manage subcontractor pricing, partner closely with operations and leadership, and shape early project strategy.
