HVAC Project Manager - HVAC Mechanical Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Nashville, TN Our client, a stable design/build mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Project Manager, to manage project goals and timelines. Our client has been in business for over 35 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The projects will be mostly new construction projects, ranging from $20K to $3MM. Responsibilities: In this position, the HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for developing the project plans and timeline, coordinating the project to ensure it is on time and budget, and working with clients, vendors, and technicians. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess 3+ years of project management experience, with a background in HVAC. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
