Job Overview Supervises the production of mechanical assemblies for products of low to high-level complexity/density and monitors the inventory control related to that. Job Requirements Working closely with the planning department on scheduling issues, reviewing the weekly/monthly production schedules, and ensuring that the business goals are achieved. Evaluating the reported production, reviewing completed factory orders, making changes to the reported production, and providing suggestions on factory orders based on the production demands. Analyzing manufacturing processes, recommending production capacity improvements and operation efficiency, and ensuring resource coordination to meet production standards and requirements. Optimizing the utilization of machines, minimizing operating costs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. What Your Background Should Look Like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
