What You'll Do Source, screen, and engage construction talent (skilled and unskilled trades) Maintain a strong pipeline of vetted workers ready to be deployed Partner with our operations team to fill roles quickly and accurately Conduct interviews and perform reference/background checks as needed Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to job start Stay up to date on market trends and local labor needs in the Tempe/Phoenix area What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or staffing A strong understanding of the construction labor market and trade roles Excellent communication skills both with workers and hiring managers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment Highly organized with solid time management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling company Team-oriented, get-it-done culture Impactful workyou're helping people find good jobs and helping builders build Pay Range: $50,000$60,000/year base + performance bonuses Help us build something better.
