Human Resources Generalist The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the VP of HR and HR Business Partners in supporting designated business clients. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Essential Functions Administers human resources policies and procedures that covers all of CAMS. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures. Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and human resources policies. Administer medical leave requests. Oversee fact-finding process and provide input when necessary to investigations for site grievances and employee disciplinary issues. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Maintains company organization charts. At least 2 years of experience in HR. Knowledge of writing HR policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of hiring processes. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficient with MS Office suite. Excellent communication skills. Strong project management skills. Summary Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, as this position requires occasional travel for company business. Candidates should be comfortable operating a vehicle as part of their job responsibilities and must meet any applicable company and insurance requirements. We offer a variety of excellent benefits.
