Paid vacation Paid holidays Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday Vehicle allowance and fuel card Responsibilities Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations; install window and door replacements; adapt product specifications to the installation requirements; utilize a thorough knowledge of all Renewal products Service and repair previously installed RbA products Make recommendations for process improvement Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes Inventory service stock area of warehouse and request material replenishment as needed Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors. Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough, and completed in a timely manner; Portray a professional image with clothing, vehicle, and actions within the home; Provide a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines. Willingness to train for advancement opportunities preferred Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
