It Support Specialist

DescriptionProvision and deprovision user access across 20+ SaaS and developer platforms as part of onboarding, offboarding, and ad-hoc access requests. Provide technical support to employees and contractors, handling ticket triage and resolution with appropriate escalation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows. Support identity and access management including OneLogin SSO app configurations, Google Groups/distribution lists, and Slack channel management. Support MDM and device management tasks in Jamf and Intune as needed. Improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes. Experience provisioning users across multiple SaaS platforms and have a solid understanding of RBAC - our stack includes Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Atlassian, and OneLogin among others. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments. Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.
