Salary and Benefits Base salary range: $230,000 - $290,000 (negotiable for strong candidates) Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture 25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday 5 CME Days + $3,000 annual allowance Health Insurance - 90% employer-paid (free if working 48+ hours per pay period) Dental and Vision Insurance offered 403(b) Retirement Plan - 4% contribution (no match) $1,000 HSA contribution Free gym memberships NHSC & FRAME loan repayment site eligible Responsibilities Full-time position; outpatient women's health plus deliveries Rotating call schedule (shared with team) Travel between South St. Pete, Clearwater, and High Point Conduct prenatal care, GYN exams, and postpartum follow-up Deliveries include: Vaginal and C-sections (VBACs welcomed if clinically safe) High-risk pregnancies referred as needed No in-house ultrasound (referred out) DAX Co-Pilot documentation support EMR: EPIC Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain) Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) New graduates and experienced OB/GYNs encouraged to apply About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
