Manager Growth Marketing What you will be doing: The Manager, Growth Marketing would serve as a primary point of contact for their assigned business and mobilize a cross-divisional team of marketers to expand and ensure success for that segment. This role is both strategic and executional, serving as a client-facing marketing lead for a segment of Premier, Inc, a technology-enabled healthcare performance improvement company. Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1 - 100% Serve as theprimary marketing partnerfor assigned Supply Chain business leaders Partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing to translate business priorities intogo-to-market strategies and campaign roadmaps Build deepexpertisein Supply Chain solutions,competitive GPO dynamics, and long contract renewal cycles Identifyopportunities toinfluence pipeline earlythrough education, thought leadership, and differentiation Plan and executeintegrated, omnichannel growth marketing campaigns, including digital and paid media, content, ABM, video, webinars, social, and nurture programs Mobilize and collaborate withcross-functional marketing teamsto deliver campaigns efficiently Develop campaigns that addressmultiple buyer personasacross all stages of the buying journey Supportcompetitive displacement and net-new account acquisitionstrategies Own campaign performance end-to-end,optimizingforengagement, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline impact Use data to test, learn, and iterate to improve results over time Clearly communicate campaign performance and insights to business and marketing leadership Manage multiple priorities with urgency in afast-paced, matrixed environment Flex to support other growth initiatives as needed Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Preferred Qualifications Skills: Healthcare Technology Supplier Marketing Experience Product marketing Campaign Development Experience: 5+ years of experience ingrowth marketing, demand generation, or product marketing Prior experience inhealthcare marketing, withsupply chain, procurement, GPO, or healthcare technology experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success building and executingintegrated marketing campaignsthat generate awareness and leads in long, complex sales cycles Experience working closely with senior business leaders in a client-facing or consultative marketing role Ability toshow campaign work and results(portfolio, case studies, or metrics-based examples) Additional Job Requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficient with standard computer programs and marketing technology platforms Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both in person and electronically Comfortable making independent decisions while working collaboratively across teams Education: Bachelor's Additional Job Requirements: Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines Attention to detail Operate computer programs and software Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
