Accounts Payable Manager

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a private equity backed biotech research company seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. About the Company Seeking an Accounts Payable Manager: Combining important data across several clinical research platforms, this PE-backed company helps to create advancement in several important fields, including dermatology, neurology, and gastroenterology This is a standalone role which will have a big impact on the accounts payable process Focused on process improvement as a department, suggestions are encouraged and implemented quickly High level of hybrid work flexibility Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager: Own the accounts payable process including the check run Coordinate with management and department heads to identify budgeted payments Manage vendor relationships and resolve queries Assist with improvements including coding changes and other efficiencies Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Manager: Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years) 3+ years of experience in accounts payable Proven track record of process improvement Proficiency with Ramp or a similar automation software (Concur, Bill.com, Tipalti) is preferred Salary range, depending on experience: $80,000 - 90,000 #INMAR2026
