We are hiring a Quality Coordinator to provide oversight of all program processes, documentation, and property to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program requirements and standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Training and support of program leadership to ensure program documentation and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and company requirements. Manages program certification and licensure applications. Manages preparation and submission of certification and licensure documentation Support of State On-Site Annual Review surveys Develops and manages implementation and completion of Plans of Correction Implements regular auditing of program documentation to ensure compliance-readiness Manages oversight of program property including but not limited to homes and vehicles to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standard Support of DSP training activities and documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirement Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve For a full and complete list, please contact HR. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of 5 years experience managing NH State DHHS/BDS Certification and Licensure processes and standards Minimum of 3 years experience with environmental compliance, e.g. facilities maintenance systems Minimum of 3 years experience facilitating employee training Strong written and verbal communication Ability to make independent decisions Ability to effectively train and support employees Qualifications: Valid driver's license Experience working with people with developmental disabilities High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
