This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to begin or grow their career in payroll.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Payroll Manager with processing weekly payroll for up to 800 employeesEnter and review timecards and payroll data for accuracyHelp maintain payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributionsSupport payroll reporting and reconciliation tasksRespond to basic employee payroll questions and escalate more complex issues to the Payroll ManagerAssist in maintaining compliance with company policies and state and federal regulationsProvide administrative support for month-end and year-end payroll activitiesRequirements:1+ year of payroll, administrative, accounting, or related experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBilingual Spanish preferredComfortable working with numbers and Microsoft ExcelWillingness to learn payroll systems, regulations, and processesStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetChamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing seeks and values people of all backgrounds because every employee, customer and business partner is important.
