Purchasing Specialist Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time) West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: The Purchasing Specialist I will submit order information to various vendors to ensure product requirements meet customer requests as stated in each customer contract. Key Role Accountabilities: Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness. Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured. Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes. Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three weeks of hire date. Receive order acknowledgements provided by various shower and bath vendors and review for correctness. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills. Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks. Ability to work at a steady pace while performing repetitive work. Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication. Compensation: The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.75 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
