Scheduler / Project Controls Specialist In Kennesaw, GA, with salary range $80,000 $125,000, with flexibility depending on experience. Position Summary We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Controls Specialist to support engineering and construction scheduling for heavy industrial projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage engineering and construction schedules using Primavera P6 Update project schedules weekly and lead monthly review meetings Collaborate with design, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and construction teams Analyze productivity data and support schedule optimization Prepare schedule narratives, earned value, manpower, and installation reports Review and verify schedule inputs from project teams and field personnel Assess delays, impacts, and recovery plans; support schedule claims analysis Review contractor and engineer CPM schedules and provide variance reports Track project performance metrics and identify schedule risks Prepare as-built schedules and lessons-learned documentation Provide scheduling support and guidance to project team members Travel to project sites as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered) 3+ years of Project Controls or scheduling experience (ideal range: 510 years) Strong experience with Primavera P6 Self-starter with a proven ability to meet deadlines If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or send your resume to to discuss this opportunity in greater detail or you can call 678-802-6621.
