Repair Administrator The Repair Administrator is responsible for ensuring all open repair orders and repair management units meet deadlines. This role requires collaboration with vendors and various departments to ensure consistent requirement fulfillment. Day-to-day activities involve managing workload through calls, emails, and quotes. Responsibilities include: Building relationships with repair stations and communicating regarding open repair orders. Following up on open issues by requesting status, estimated time of arrival, and addressing discrepancies. Reviewing and evaluating shop quotes, utilizing tools to maximize cost savings. Allocating piece parts from stock. Reviewing QC reports, repair management reports, and open sales order reports. Communicating with vendors on open QC units. Meeting and maintaining set KPIs within the department. Troubleshooting problematic repairs. Expediting completion of open repair orders. Obtaining repair quotes. Work Environment: The position operates Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
