Full-Time Physician Assistant for Spine Ortho Seeking to add a Full-Time Physician Assistant for Spine Ortho to join our growing team! Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Benefits Base salary + Incentive performance compensation Monday-Friday work schedule Medical Benefits, 401K Paid Time Off CME Allowance Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Responsibilities Assist surgeons in clinic, surgery, and procedural settings Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient follow-ups Perform clinical procedures as appropriate to training and experience Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current Arizona PA license (or in process) and NCCPA certification Bachelor's Degree, related field such as biology, chemistry or health sciences Spine/Orthopedic experience preferred Surgical Assist experience preferred 2+ years prior experience in pain management, orthopedics or neurosurgery BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred CME to maintain license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Practice in accordance with the state's laws, rules and regulations.
