Internal Medicine Physician (Outpatient)

Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Sutter Health is seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our collegial and dedicated team at Sutter Lakeside Outpatient Clinic, located in the beautiful mountain ranges of Lake County. Key responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease). Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits. Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting. Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines. Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments.
