Our mission is to provide trauma-informed, family-centered ABA therapy that helps children grow with dignity, curiosity, and joy.As a Frontera Fellowship organization, Aria is proud to lead innovation in compassionate care using technology to make ABA more sustainable for clinicians and families alike.Job OverviewRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Aria work directly with children under BCBA supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. RBTs use compassion, data, and creativity to support meaningful progress for every learner.Aria provides trauma-informed, assent-based ABA therapy and as part of the Frontera Fellowship, we use automated session note generation to reduce paperwork and give staff more time for what matters most: connection and growth.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA programs under BCBA guidanceCollect and maintain accurate session data using Arias digital toolsPromote safety, autonomy, and dignity for each learnerSupport skill generalization across home, community, and center settingsCollaborate with caregivers and team membersMaintain current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain within 30 days)Qualifications RequiredActive RBT certification (BACB)CPR & First Aid certification (required or within 30 days)Reliable transportation and valid drivers licenseSuccessful background check per state and payer requirementsCompassion, openness to learning, and a collaborative mindset PreferredExperience in ABA therapy or early intervention settingsFamiliarity with assent-based and trauma-informed careEmployment Groups & BenefitsFull-Time (3540 hours/week)Includes full benefits, paid holidays, and access to all wellness and PTO programs.Modified-Time (2634 hours/week)Includes partial benefits, flexible scheduling, and participation in the wellness stipend program.Part-Time (1525 hours/week)Includes basic benefits, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth. recblid 80n08z61tn5lgygbf16ycalwo6adrp
