As a key member of our Project Management Team, youll perform client management / interfacing / updates / presentations at all levels of management. Youll partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost, risks and provide alternative strategies for mitigation / opportunities. You will proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects. Using your expertise, youll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Design your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow, and succeed. #epjobs #naepjobs Here's what you'll need 5+ years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting. 5+ years experience with cost, schedule and a background in Construction, including complex projects, $25M and above Can build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams- engineering, project management and construction Can explain variances, delays and tracks and monitors contractor schedules Cost Analysis and SAP experience is a bonus Must be local to the Bay Area, to go to the office on a Hybrid work schedule.
