Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites, a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Position Type: On-Call Wage: Registered Nurse $36.00 - $44.50 / hour depending on experience Licensed Practical Nurse $28.90 - $35.50 / hour, depending on experience Shift Differential: Nights $2 /hour Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro Nurse Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents. Recognize and manage common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems. Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow up action as necessary. Perform additional duties as required. Nurse Qualifications Must have a current Minnesota RN or LPN license and be in good standing (New Grads Welcome!) Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
