Responsibilities Manage a complex calendar and inbox for the Co-Founder / CTO, prioritizing technical, product, and company-wide initiatives. Act as an accountability partner by tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across engineering and cross-functional teams. Coordinate engineering leadership meetings, technical reviews, and company-wide syncs, including agenda prep and follow-through. Support office operations and handle detailed travel planning for a senior technical executive. Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to support planning, communication, and execution. Prepare materials for meetings, technical reviews, and board or investor sessions as needed. Anticipate needs, unblock issues, and proactively improve day-to-day efficiency for the CTO and their org. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including previous experience supporting technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or similar), ideally in a start-up environment. Strong understanding of engineering teams, technical organizations, and how product and infrastructure teams operate. Proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in high-growth, fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with highly technical stakeholders. High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and drive accountability without constant direction.
