Billing Specialist This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Administrator in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. The Construction Biller/Estimator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project billing, documentation, communicating with stakeholders, assisting in project planning and scheduling, and ensuring project compliance with regulations and standards. Essential Skills Billing management Invoicing Invoice processing Data entry Accounts payable Accounts receivable 2+ years of billing experience Proficiency in Excel Experience in construction industry Knowledge of Spectrum ERP and estimation Additional Skills & Qualifications BuildOps software knowledge is nice to have. Experience in MEP Construction (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing). Basic knowledge of Excel. Long-term mindset. Experience in construction project administration, documentation, and coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software. Work Environment This role offers a career-focused environment with competitive pay raises and bonuses. The schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the position is 100% onsite. The company is family-owned and expects candidates with experience who can work independently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.
