This role involves planning and implementing lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Participate in professional development opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices. Uphold school policies and procedures. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field. Valid South Carolina teaching certification preferred. Knowledge of elementary education best practices. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
