Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction Orlando, FL | Onsite A well-respected Central Florida commercial GC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Projects include healthcare, medical office, retail, education, industrial, and mixed-use developments across Central Florida. What Youll Be Doing Lead projects end-to-end from preconstruction through closeout Own budgets, buyouts, schedules, and financial performance Run OAC meetings and manage direct client relationships Oversee subcontractor negotiations and scope alignment Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution Manage cost forecasting, change orders, and risk mitigation You will have full visibility into the project lifecycle and direct impact on outcomes.
