Responsibilities: This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy office environment Schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries. Take care of our customers' needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements. Qualifications: What do you need: Customer Excellence: Ability to provide an exceptional delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and multi-line phone systems. Attendance: Must report daily to our office; this is not a work-from-home opportunity. Flexibility: Ability to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as required. Qualifications: Service-industry experience or Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
