Senior Business Consultant | Change Management & Performance Management ProSidian seeks a Senior Business Consultant | Change Management & Performance Management for program support on a contract contingent, generally located across the Washington, DC area, supporting USCG modernizing mission support; needs change management, analytics, and portfolio governance support. We seek Senior Business Consultant | Change Management & Performance Management candidates with relevant defense and security sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for defense and security sector clients such as USCG. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) change management & performance management functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - program management and analytical support services position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as a senior business consultant [program management and analytical support services] in the defense and security industry sector focusing on risk management solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio generally located in Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (of country/world) working on-site (client site). Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Supporting categories: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategic Planning & Performance Management Business Transformation & Process Improvement Program & Project Management (PMO / Portfolio Management) Governance, Facilitation, and Executive Communications Data, Analytics, and Decision-Support Enablement (non-IT systems modernization) Leads change management and performance-measurement projects; ensures financial/controls compliance and multi-system integrationtypically senior level complexity.; ensures financial/controls compliance; integrates multi-system solutions; delivers executive coaching. The role(s) are located in the United States Mid-Atlantic Region, at or near Washington, DC. Initially identified work site address (working on-site (client site): 2703 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC 20032 Desired qualifications for senior business consultant | change management & performance management [USCG12012] (USCG12012) candidates: Bachelor's in engineering, business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM/Six Sigma MBB (or equivalent). 7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a master's or higher. This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the defense and security sector and senior business consultant candidates principally support change management & performance management functional area/swim lane/category disciplines. Primarily focused on management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services initiatives and aligned with program support activities change management & performance management functional area activities.
