Why Choose BHN: Work with a mission-driven agency making a difference every day Gain valuable experience in substance use and recovery services Opportunities to grow within BHN - 1/3 of all openings are filled internally Excellent benefits and generous paid time off What You Will Do as a Recovery Specialist: Provide high-quality care to women in recovery Monitor medications and conduct hourly safety checks on individuals served Complete shift reports and required documentation accurately and on time Support a recovery-focused environment by providing structure, safety, and empathy What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong compassion and understanding for individuals in recovery Computer skills for email and accurate documentation Ability to build supportive, empathetic relationships with individuals served Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional transportation SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Sunday - Thursday, overnight (11pm-7:30am), Friday - Monday, overnight (11pm-7:30am) Friday - Monday, second shift (3pm-11:30pm) PAY: $22.00 per hour We Hire for Purpose!
