2026 Competitive Operations Intern - Summer

Type: Part-Time (On-Site; July - September) - Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Or Sunday, depending on Game Requirements)Location: Culver City, CaliforniaReports to: General ManagerIndirectly Reports to: LCS Team ManagerResponsibilities: Provide operational support across all FlyQuest competitive rosters, assisting Team Managers and staff with day-to-day needs.Proactively organize team facilities including daily living essentials, toiletries, and supplies while maintaining sanitary standards.Maintain accurate inventory lists and safeguard all issued equipment including peripherals, jerseys, and team gear.Collaborate with the Content and Social Media departments to schedule and execute required player assets and activations.Assist in coordinating transportation logistics for practices, scrims, and match days.Manage proper uniform standards for game days, ensuring players are wearing correct jerseys and appropriate attire.Support the General Manager and the LCS Team Manager with travel documentation.Serve as a backup point-of-contact with Riot Games player management for scheduling and administrative matters.Assist in organizing and executing team bonding activities and player development initiatives.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program.Strong passion for esports with knowledge of the competitive scene.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs before being asked.Flexible availability including evenings and weekends during match days and events.Involvement in collegiate esports (player, staff, or club leadership) is a strong preference.Previous experience in operations, event coordination, team management, and customer service is a plus.About FlyQuestFounded in 2017, FlyQuest is an esports organization dedicated to making the gaming landscape better than we found it.
