You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.We are a full-service construction company specializing in roofing and insurance claims . We help homeowners navigate insurance processes while providing high-quality residential and commercial services. From siding and gutters to framing, drywall, painting, and flooring, we deliver comprehensive construction solutions with craftsmanship and care, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.. Siding, gutters, framing, drywall, painting, flooring...Additional Requirements:This position may require occasional travel outside of Houston to surrounding cities to support sales operations and team performance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle. A company card will be provided for approved business-related expenses, such as fuel and other work-related costs only.
