Job Summary As an Account Executive, you will focus on prospecting and presenting our Genius Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, both in-person and virtually. In this role, you will report to a District Manager and receive support and coaching to help you succeed. Your responsibilities include demonstrating our cloud-based solutions, upselling existing clients on our diverse product offerings, and maintaining active communication with your Point-of-Sale District Manager. Compensation If you're ready to advance your career while boosting your earnings, check out our compensation plan: Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Residual Income: Earn monthly from the accounts you establish Bonuses: Financial incentives for exceeding quotas and hitting sales targets Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k - $152k, with total compensation based on performance, skills, and territory. Job Duties As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales of our business solutions. You will collaborate closely with your District Manager to set client appointments and conduct needs assessments that lead to effective presentations of our Point of Sale solutions. In your initial training phase, your District Manager will guide you through our sales process and introduce you to our CRM platforms, including Atlas and Salesforce, for lead generation and sales tracking. Additional Responsibilities Prospect and engage new clients. Maintain detailed records of existing and prospective clients within our CRM system. Meet minimum production standards, including appointment scheduling to achieve quotas. Stay informed about our product offerings and industry developments. Attend team meetings and regular one-on-one sessions with your leader. Additional responsibilities as required. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old A valid driver's license is required as this position involves regular travel to client locations. Must reside in proximity to the job location. Able to work in the field at least 75% of the time.
