Military applicants are encouraged to apply. Job Description This role is essential for processing a variety of merchandise and fuel transactions effectively. Supervise a team of cashiers to efficiently handle cash, credit, and debit transactions. Complete shift-end reports and follow closure procedures. Adhere to company guidelines regarding restricted merchandise sales (e.g., alcohol, tobacco). Ensure a clean and organized workspace. Utilize suggested selling techniques to enhance product sales. Deliver exceptional service to every guest. Address guest complaints and conflicts within the team according to company protocols; escalate issues when necessary. Manage break schedules and the placement of team members on shift. Assist in various travel center activities, including deli operation, restroom maintenance, stocking supplies, and coffee preparation. Exemplify behaviors that reflect the company's values, ensuring guests and team members receive support at the highest standard. Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties as required.
