They have been building in Dane County for over two decades, and in that time have built a roster of repeat clients. Company Overview: Project Types: Diverse commercial, industrial, and manufacturing (both TI and Ground-Up projects) Project Size: Ranging from $2-$10M Project Location: All local to Dane County Project Delivery: Design/Build Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, cost controls, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing work to meet contractual milestones. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and productivity. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress pay applications. Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues related to scope, cost, schedule, and constructability. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve concerns.
