Job Posting Title Medication Therapy Management Advocate Job Description The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Advocate plays a vital role in enhancing patient care. You will engage with qualified members through inbound and outbound calls, promoting the benefits of our MTM program. This position involves gathering and documenting accurate information about members, their medications, and applicable health conditions using our MTM Program system. Key Responsibilities Perform inbound and outbound calls to eligible members to schedule MTM clinician interventions tailored to their specific needs, complying with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for Medicare beneficiaries. Utilize Prime's MTM process management system to accurately record member-specific information. Assess member data to ensure appropriate clinician interactions with MTM specialists such as pharmacists. Conduct outreach calls to pharmacies to verify and gather necessary contact information. Address queries related to MTM by transferring calls to the appropriate staff or department lines. Document MTM eligibility and program statuses in the required software systems. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance member services. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications A suitable home office setup (e.g., chair, desk, and internet) that meets Prime's standards if working remotely. Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with robust problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various system operations, including workflow processes and case management. Knowledge of government programs, especially Medicare. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center environment. Experience in pharmacy operations or PBM. At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector. Familiarity with handling confidential medical information. CPhT certification is a plus. Fluency in another language, such as Spanish, is preferred.
