Make an Impact.Nexcore Pro (a sister company of Marolf Environmental) is growing and seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman or Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects in infrastructure and environmental sectors.This is a leadership role for a licensed electrician who can manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive projects to completion with excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & ExecutionLead on-site electrical construction activitiesSupervise crews and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety standardsCoordinate materials, equipment, and manpowerMaintain project schedules and milestonesPlanning & CoordinationDevelop and manage project schedules (Primavera P6 or similar)Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clientsReview construction documentsIdentify and resolve field challenges proactivelySafety & QualityEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocolsConduct safety meetings and site inspectionsMaintain high-quality installation standardsTeam LeadershipMentor and develop electrical crewsAssign daily tasks and monitor productivityPromote accountability and teamworkDocumentation & OversightTrack progress, change orders, and project costsImplement corrective actions when necessaryQualificationsLicensed Electrician (Required)3+ years of electrical systems experience preferredExperience supervising electrical construction projectsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlUnderstanding of OSHA complianceValid Driver"s License (Required)Experience in underground utilities or heavy civil projects preferredWhy Join Nexcore Pro?We support critical infrastructure and environmental projects that make a real impact.
