We are currently seeking a Gate Attendant/Rover for a Home Owners' Associationto join a growing team in Lakeland, FL. Benefits (Express offers benefits from the first day of employment!): Medical, Vision, and Dental Life insurance Referral bonuses WEEKLY pay Responsibilities: Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following: The Gate Attendant is responsible for greeting residents as they enter/leave the community. Checks in visitors and contractors, maintaining a digital log The Rover patrols the community in a golf cart maintaining a presence Communicate with Gatehouse in cases such as if garage doors are left open at night so that the resident can be contacted Enforces HOA bylaws including rules for fishing pond, lights out at tennis courts and timely departure for various contractors Qualifications: Data entry - typing speed of 35-40wpm Experience in a customer facing role Must be reliable and detail oriented Ability to work with little to no supervision Outdoor work - must be able to work long hours in the Florida Heat Ability to follow instructions Schedule Must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
