Mid-level Front End Developer

Maximus is actively seeking a talented Mid-level Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires your presence on-site in San Antonio, TX, five days a week, and an active TS/SCI security clearance is a must. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise to support various tasks and ensure process improvement and requirement definitions. Engage in activities including analysis, planning, developing requirement documents, and building functional models. Create mockups, wireframes, and technical design drawings for stakeholder review. Develop and optimize user interfaces, enhancing system navigation and user experience. Minimum Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance. Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience. Seven years of experience in the field, including software development with various object-oriented and scripted languages. Three years of recent experience in front-end web design and development, utilizing bug tracking software like Jira. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. Proficiency in at least five of the following technologies: Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Java, Node. Experience with user-centric application design and creating system wireframes and mockups. Experience in testing web-based applications to ensure compliance with project standards. Familiarity with cloud environment development and integrating data across classified and unclassified systems. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile Test-Driven development. Familiarity with DoD DevSecOps environments. Five years of experience in utilizing UX design tool suites like Sketch and InVision.
