We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specifically focused on Incident Analysis to join our dedicated Incident Management team! Reporting to the Director of Product for Incident Management, you will work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create data-driven, user-centered solutions. This position gives you the opportunity to turn incident data into valuable insights for continuous improvement and operational excellence, influencing the roadmap for products used by leading DevOps, SRE, and digital operations teams globally. The ideal candidate is adept at merging analytics, DevOps, and user experience, and is committed to utilizing operational data to drive better business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Steer the creation and implementation of the roadmap for Incident Analysis products, ensuring impactful results for users and the organization. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovering needs through launch and iterations, with a strong focus on data-driven insights. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver user-friendly and seamless experiences that boost adoption and encourage learning. Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand user needs, challenges, and new opportunities. Monitor and evaluate product performance, refining features to enhance user satisfaction and business impact. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, DevOps, or analytics platforms. Strong expertise in data analysis or analytics products (telemetry, observability, post-incident review). Proven success in delivering features related to workflow automation or operational enhancements. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments. Hands-on experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tools in a SaaS or modern infrastructure context. Familiarity with ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Splunk). A passion for improving user experience and driving ongoing product enhancements. Results-oriented with a curious and collaborative approach. The base salary range for this position is 161,000 - 271,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, equity, and/or benefits. Our salary ranges are set based on role, level, and location, reflecting the expected minimum and maximum base salaries for newly hired employees in this position.
