The Senior Technology Leadership Executive is responsible for collaborating with design engineering and testing teams to transition products from design to volume production. You'll perform engineering tests to validate product designs and support the evaluation of cutting-edge technology components while ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. By interacting with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams, you will provide valuable technical support to resolve product-related issues and influence departmental strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional discussions and strategic initiatives. Oversee projects from design to production, ensuring compliance with specifications. Drive continuous improvement in technical approaches and project components. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years of technology leadership experience across multi-application portfolios, demonstrating budget management and cost optimization. Proficiency with open systems, cloud technologies, and legacy systems, including data planning (e.g., Medallion/data lakes). Strong experience with technology solutions, design assessments, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, SCRUM, or KANBAN, and corresponding leadership credentials. Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences. Availability to work in a hybrid environment. Preferred Qualifications: Six Sigma Certification. MBA or an advanced degree. Experience managing substantial budgets, portfolio roadmaps, or large-scale migrations. Knowledge of mainframe systems. Strong people management capabilities. Experience transforming legacy applications to cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure), including Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with generative AI and training on prompt engineering and AI tools. Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare sector (Medicare/Medicaid). Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The estimated salary range for this full-time position is $106,900 - $147,000 annually, adjusted for geographic location and skills demonstrated in the role.
