What You'll Be Doing: Build lasting credibility and relationships with commercial clients. Achieve sales objectives via prospecting, networking, working on assigned leads, and expanding accounts in your area. Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior inspections; complete paid training is provided. Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight Orkin's value proposition and close deals. Act as the primary contact for your accounts, fostering retention and long-term partnerships. Utilize your company-provided iPad to prepare proposals, organize daily tasks, and manage your sales pipeline. Prioritize safety during every visit, inspection, and recommendation, ensuring the protection of yourself, clients, and their businesses. Represent Orkin as a trusted advisor by communicating clearly and providing honest, actionable solutions. Actively listen to understand client concerns and position Orkin as their strategic partner. Reassure and clarify to instill confidence in customers’ pest management decisions. Leverage Orkin's marketing tools and resources to generate leads and stimulate demand. Translate findings into tailored recommendations that mitigate risks for our clients. Set clear expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure clients feel supported and informed. What's In It for You? High Earning Potential: First-year average earnings between $75,000 and $80,000 (base salary + commission). Uncapped Commission: The more you sell, the more you earn. You’re willing to climb, crawl, or work outside in different weather conditions—where the pests go, we go! Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. You must be willing to obtain a pesticide license within your first 90 days of employment; the company will cover all costs and support you in this process. You must be able to safely use a ladder within its specified weight limitations. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Capability to access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops as part of job responsibilities. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary for safety.
