About the Role: Join us as a Senior Data Solutions Architect, leading a dedicated team to address complex business challenges for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in navigating the landscape from strategy formulation to execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, Snowflake) and demonstrate how these tools can enhance business objectives. Design and implement data pipelines, analytical platforms, and reporting frameworks that foster transparency and informed decision-making. Leverage advanced analytics, including machine learning, to identify anomalies in transaction data. Uphold data quality and integrity by utilizing best practices in data management and governance. Mentor and lead a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into broader business initiatives. Stay updated on regulations related to BSA/AML and financial crime prevention, aiding clients in compliance with industry standards. Translate legal and compliance requirements into actionable data analytics strategies in collaboration with compliance teams. Contribute to client proposals and presentations, showcasing your expertise in data analytics and regulatory compliance. Represent Crowe at industry events as a thought leader in data consulting for BSA and AML. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies that enhance service delivery. Engage in presales activities to clarify client expectations and draft comprehensive project plans. Participate in system development processes, ensuring coordination and status updates between teams. Architect, deploy, and support analytical databases within an Azure environment. Create proofs of concept to visualize architectural strategies and tool evaluations. Document and present complex technical concepts in a manner understandable to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) is preferred. 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or consulting, particularly within financial services. Strong understanding of BSA, financial audits, and AML compliance requirements. Proven experience in managing complex data projects and leading cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with data warehousing and advanced analytics tools is essential. Experience in building ETL/ELT processes and managing datasets effectively. Team management experience, including oversight of offshore resources. Familiarity with Azure data technologies (Azure Data Factory, SQL, Synapse Analytics). Strong analytical and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in BI tools, including ETL, visualization, or cloud architectures; CAMS or CFE certifications are an advantage. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with dimensional modeling and end-to-end data warehouse projects. Proficiency in analytics programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with machine learning frameworks and big data technologies. Agile development experience is a plus, along with experience in Azure resource provisioning. This role involves interaction with various stakeholders, including senior analysts and executives, fostering collaboration that drives results.
