Your Role Includes: Performing repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment, conveying systems, and major machine centers. Reading and interpreting drawings and instructions accurately. Demonstrating self-motivation while ensuring safety in high-pressure situations. Applying preventive maintenance knowledge effectively. Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. Exhibiting strong communication and documentation skills. Maintaining safe work habits. Utilizing hand and power tools proficiently. Operating shop and maintenance related equipment. Understanding proper alignment principles for process equipment. Having knowledge in rigging and material handling. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Millwright is preferred. Welding experience is a plus. Experience with cutting torches (Oxygen/Acetylene) preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts. Successful completion of a skills assessment, pre-employment drug screening, physical, reference check, and background check is required.
