This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex performance issues across the organization and requires deep experience in system design, integration, and process automation/improvement. The ideal candidate will also be well versed in networking, storage, Azure AD, and Intune.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining VDI solutions at scale. They should be a motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of excelling both independently and within a team.
