Job Description & Requirements Specialty: RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for Clinic Dietitians.Level ICoordinator all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of hospitalized patients and outpatients in a variety of settings.  Perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Level IIFunction in a  supervisory role as a team leader in addition to the duties and responsibilities of Level I. Minimum Requirements:Level I Baccalaureate degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or comparable major preferred and or per state requirements. One year in an acute care environment preferred; experience may be waived for specific positions. Current BLS card.  Level II Level II Same as Level I Two years in an acute care environment with one year supervisory experience preferred; experience may be waived for specific positions Successful completion of coordinated program or dietetic internship of not less than 900 hours underthe supervision of a Registered Dietitian preferred Level I and II must pass The Company testing process Current BLS card Current physical exam per state or contract regulations.
