General Summary: As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the lot, handling vehicle logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service while ensuring our vehicles are in prime condition for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently execute processes according to work instructions and standardized practices. Engage in team problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement. Assist in training new team members under the guidance of experienced associates and management. Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Maintain cleanliness and safety of display areas and work zones. Secure and process vehicles arriving at CarMax. Prepare vehicle and title documents for shipment to other locations. Accurately scan vehicles for product status. Perform washing and detailing duties for customer returns and loaner vehicles. Drive vehicles on and off the lot for storage and maintenance. Support auction operations as needed. Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization per CarMax standards. Complete all other tasks as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license meeting CarMax standards. Ability to read, interpret, and accurately record data. High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to follow established processes and protocols. Capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions: Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to noisy or inclement weather. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Lengthy periods of standing or walking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Wear company-provided CarMax clothing at all times during shifts.
