Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure a safe, secure environment for customers and associates; Greet customers and communicate professionally to provide excellent customer service; Identify theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Support loss prevention initiatives and minimize operational shortages
