We are looking for a Principal Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Engineer to enhance our CRM engineering team's capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, focusing on CPQ, RLM, and Billing systems while optimizing integrations across our enterprise. This role is critical in our ongoing digital transformation journey, where you will have the opportunity to streamline revenue operations, boost sales effectiveness, and foster scalable business growth. Responsibilities: Provide design input across various products. Serve as a key technical resource for coding and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborate with team members to finalize requirements effectively. Address complex bugs and technical challenges. Design and manage intricate data models. Mentor software developers in development methodologies and optimization techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of Salesforce experience, particularly with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM). Demonstrated organizational skills in managing multiple priorities and effective delegation. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and Salesforce configuration. Proven expertise in solution architecture within order-to-cash and quote-to-revenue processes. Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools. Strong background in ERP, billing, and fulfillment system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Exceptional grasp of data modeling principles and storage systems. Ability to lead technology resources to address business needs. Excellent knowledge of test-driven development practices. Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and effective solution implementation skills. Superior communication skills to convey complex information clearly across diverse audiences. Geographic differentials may apply based on local market rates. This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
